We began this journey in 2015, before there were CBD bath bombs and nail polish. We started by reviewing published research and collecting anecdotal evidence. The farm bill had not been passed yet so the availability of researchers, formulators, and laboratories were limiting. However, we found PureForm, a small group of natural product chemists who developed a process called Cyclic Terpene Assembly (CTA) that turns terpenes into cannabinoids without using any Hemp and class 1 or 2 solvents and all under FDA Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) conditions. That meant we could have a CBD that was completely free from THC and the toxic solvents, chemical and microbial impurities associated with hemp and cannabis. We’re a network of collaborators, doctors, nutritionists, herbalists and scientists working together to create formulations with the potential for supporting anxiety, sleep, inflammation, and a wide range of other conditions.
