SHIPPING POLICY

DiolPure offers – all orders will be charged a flat $6.90 fee. We ask you to allow 2 to 5 business days for us to process and review your order once submitted. DiolPure ships orders by USPS and FedEx 2 Day. Shipping times are usually 2 to 4 business days after processing but can vary due to recipient location. Please keep in mind that these timelines are estimates and do not account for holidays, inclement weather, back orders, or general postal service performance. Payment receipt and tracking information are sent to you via email after we complete your order.

Your satisfaction of DiolPure products is of utmost importance to us. Be sure to check your order carefully once it arrives for any shipping damages. You can submit claims for damaged DiolPure items by sending us an email at sales@diolpure.com within three days after receiving the shipment. Please include specific details and photos of product damage.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of DiolPure products, you can request for a full purchase refund within (30) days of the initial order. Submit refund requests via email or contact our specialists.
